Wood flooring comes in different forms — strip, plank, parquet to name a few. Most materials are pre-finished and have factory applied finishes that protect the beauty of your floor.

Hardwood is a natural insulator, is easy to clean and maintain. With proper care it can last a lifetime and adds to the value of a home.

Chips and scratches will eventually need refinishing, and water will stain the floor if left for any length of time. High traffic areas should be covered with small rugs as well as areas where chairs are moved frequently, such as dining rooms or kitchens, to prevent scratching. Floors should be swept frequently to prevent collection of sandy soil or small stones and gravel.
